Ask Suicide-Screening Questions Toolkit

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) has launched the Ask Suicide-Screening Questions Toolkit. Developed by researchers in the Division of Intramural Research Programs (IRP), the toolkit is a free resource that can help nurses and physicians in medical settings identify youth at risk for suicide. It includes four screening questions that take 20 seconds to administer.
