The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention (Action Alliance), and United Suicide Survivors International (US) have launched a survey on workplace suicide prevention. Responses will help inform the development of national guidelines and will be kept confidential.
